Best Western London Highbury

I arrived well before check in just to drop off my suitcase and the helpful receptionist said there might be a room. Albeit, it was small but suited me. Handy location for tube station and train. I certainly will be back. Absolutely no complaints.

Liked: Breakfast, location and staff.
Disliked: Smallish room and had to take suitcases down some stairs.

Clean room; easy check in/out.

Brilliant location, great room.

Liked: Comfy bed, brilliant location with tube station round the corner, all very clean and the staff were great.
Disliked: Having a smart TV would be great, but very minor comment.

Liked: Room was adequate as was breakfast.
Disliked: The room we had had air conditioning units outside the window which clicked in and out of action throughout the night resulting in a disturbed night's sleep. If staying there again I would avoid room 107! £10 parking fee at the back of the hotel, directions would have been helpful in advance. Bin in room hadn't been emptied since previous guest.

A very good and convenient...

Liked: Very good clean and everything you could wish for . Excellent parking
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in your body. If this were altered we would have given excellent for everything else

Great hotel in a good...

Liked: We had a really lovely stay. The room and bathroom were both big and very clean, with a great shower that had excellent water pressure. Our room was at the back of the hotel on the lower ground floor, which meant it was nice and quiet. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk to the station, and the number 29 bus stopped right outside the hotel, taking you straight to Trafalgar Square. Perfect spot for exploring the city!
Disliked: If I'm being picky, the mattresses could be a letter better. Could feel the springs.
