I arrived well before check in just to drop off my suitcase and the helpful receptionist said there might be a room. Albeit, it was small but suited me. Handy location for tube station and train. I certainly will be back. Absolutely no complaints.

Liked: Breakfast, location and staff.
Disliked: Smallish room and had to take suitcases down some stairs.

Liked: Good location and a good HotelWe stayed 4 days and were well loooked after . Only on first day we were given a room in basement which had no windows Luckily we got a change
Disliked: Room in Basement, no windows was poor

Room and hotel was nice...

Liked: Was very close to the music venue we were going to and had great parking facilities Was very nice and clean within the room
Disliked: Our room was below the road level so it was very noisy during the night and was woken up at 6am by what I believe was cleaning staff laughing and chatting outside our room so didn’t sleep very well
