I arrived well before check in just to drop off my suitcase and the helpful receptionist said there might be a room. Albeit, it was small but suited me. Handy location for tube station and train. I certainly will be back. Absolutely no complaints.

Disliked: Smallish room and had to take suitcases down some stairs.

Disliked: The room was very small. The bathroom was even smaller. I am not a large person and it was very hard for me to use the bathroom. If you were a large person, there would be no way you could get in there to use the bathroom nor could you fit into the shower

Liked: Customer service was good, room comfortable and large enough, bus stop very close, so easy to get to from St. Pancras or King's cross.
Disliked: Bed was slightly firm for me, but mattress seemed better than at many places.
