Overall this hotel served its...

Liked: Breakfast was good and served early enough to fit our schedule. Staff was very friendly. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Location to downtown was convenient, and there were plenty of dining options close by.
Disliked: The room smelled smoked in and our belongings began to smell like an ashtray. We were offered a new room, but we had way too much stuff to move so we just tolerated it for one more night. Towels were dirty and the heat did not work.

I will never stay there...

Liked: Next to Waffle House! Conveniently located just off the I75 freeway.
Disliked: This is an old old hotel it needs remodeling. We were in room 206 and water flooded our room entry area. We had to move to another room for our 2nd night. The bowl sink in the room (Not bathroom) was broken. The breakfast menu was limited and skimpy.

Great stay in Knoxville!

Liked: The staff were exceptional including the front desk personnel all the way to housekeeping. The breakfast was pretty good. The selection was very limited.
Disliked: The toilet stomped up on day two but, it was able to be fixed.

Liked: The gentleman at the front desk was very nice
Disliked: Over priced. Our room was freezing and the heat didn't work. Tried heating up food and the microwave was broken. After a 13 hour car ride we planned on going in the hot tub which was also broken
