Disliked: I had a late check-in for 11pm. I had come for a company breakfast. The reservation was held by the company credit card, but you guys were told that they would be paying with their own company credit cards. She even had them checked to make sure they had enough space on them. she was promised that there would not be a problem, and when I checked in the man at the desk didn't know what todo because of the 2 credit cards numbers. He ended up call the manager and 20 minutes later accepted my company credit card. It was late and I was expecting a no hassle check in and that didn't happen!
