Liked: I arrived and was told by front desk that card machine was not working and that a key will be dropped off to my room I waited and waited till about 8 pm and I had to go ask for a key both ladies at the front desk are not pleasant, I walked in and she got off her cellphone and gave me the card. Why say you will drop it off and never drop it off very unprofessional
