I was positively surprised by the quality of the room. Although you have to pay to park, and the parking was limited. This may have been due to the fact we stayed on New Year's Eve. I would think if you have to pay to park there would be enough spots. The spots seem to be too small for all the large cars.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Small parking spots.

Our first room was so...

Liked: House keeping was good
Disliked: The front desk person Emily, or Amelia, not sure her name, was unpleasant, rude, and snobby at almost every interaction. The room that was assigned to us was in a busy area and I said I didn’t want to there. She said that was the only room available even though I was checking in early and it was a Monday. She did not offer me a resolution even after I complained the next morning. She rolled her eyes at my wife during a transaction at the front desk because my wife only had dollar bills on her and didn’t have her credit card turned on and it took a minute for my wife to turn on her credit card. All the other staff members there were service oriantated and friendly but she seemed as if anything we said or did was an inconvenience to her. She was the worse thing about our vacation.

Cheapest price in the location....

Liked: Location was great for Seaworld.
Disliked: Room was dirty, found a roach crawling around in the bathroom. Air conditioner wasn’t working upon arrival. Room seemed a little run down.

It was disappointing for multiple...

Liked: The service while there was decent. The staff were doing there best.
Disliked: I couldn't get into my hotel room multiple times because the hotel's key cards are apparently sensitive to metal, like credit cards or keys, and will deactivate if it is in close proximity to it for too long. Not a great thing to come back to after a long night.
