Best Western Inn Santa Clara

Liked: Quality staff service and accomodation.
Disliked: Hotel room carpets were filthy. Walked on the carpets for five minutes and my socks were literally black with dirt.

Liked: The breakfast was better than I expected. A quick bite to eat and I was out the door. Excellent location for the purpose of my visit. The room had everything I needed plus a little more more.

Liked: Rooms nice, staff great, breakfast good.
Disliked: My room was in between people who were friends or related and were visiting back and forth, in and out of doors and loud. And they ordered a pizza but gave wrong room number so delivery was knocking my door after 11pm.

Disliked: Shower curtain didn’t contain all the water from the high pressure shower, leaving a puddle on the bathroom floor. Can hear the road noise if you are on side nearest El Camino, but the fan provides good white noise to drown it out.
