Disliked: Needs double glazing and aircon

Disliked: No air conditioning which made the room stuffy. Had to open the sash window and it was cooler but was then noisy.

Liked: Helpful staff and lovely room, comfortable and clean with great bathroom.
Disliked: Breakfast was OK. But no fresh fruit. Only aged apples. The cooked breakfast was made to order and was very nice. Some fruit would be areasonable expectation I think.

Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect as I came for an event at the Cathedral which was literally around the corner. The hotel is literally minutes walk away from the town centre, railway and bus stations so you can get literally everywhere without the need for a car.
Disliked: The car parking area could do with resurfacing as some of the surfaces are rather uneven. There was also not much information available about the food offerings, but there are plenty of nearby restaurants.
