Exceptional

Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect as I came for an event at the Cathedral which was literally around the corner. The hotel is literally minutes walk away from the town centre, railway and bus stations so you can get literally everywhere without the need for a car.
Disliked: The car parking area could do with resurfacing as some of the surfaces are rather uneven. There was also not much information available about the food offerings, but there are plenty of nearby restaurants.

Blackburn visit

Liked: Very nice hotel near the Cathedral and markets and shopping centre. Wetherspoons at the bottom of the road for breakfast and evening meal. Plenty of parking although the surface is rough and uneven.
Disliked: Blackburns one way system and confusing Signs.

Normal stay

Excellent value for money great...

Liked: The breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely, The rooms were lovely and very clean and the location excellent for Blackburn town centre.
Disliked: The bathroom was lovely but there was a slight problem with drain smell

Superb

Liked: Staff were amazing and super helpful , rooms where comfortable and good facilities and nice complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee
Disliked: No food or drink options to purchase apart from breakfast could do with maybe a drinks fridge for purchase for the rest of the day
