Disliked: The windows were open, on the top floor, too high to close without a window pole and when it rained, it came in, I had to climb up to close them

Liked: The location for me was excellent, the reception team were brilliant and very attentive. The room was so nice, huge bed, so comfy, very clean, great bathroon, great hot drink selection, just very very nice, well done. Loved when i checked out i was greeted by my name, really nice touch.
Disliked: Nothing, the only thing i would recommend is to have fans in rooms.

Exceptional find & very comfortable...

Liked: Excellent hotel with off-street parking, friendly staff, large super comfortable rooms, powerful hot shower, and immaculately clean.
Disliked: The only slight downside was noise from the street and slightly thin walls - the couple next door were getting rather amorous! But honestly, apart from that, amazing and will definitely stay again.

Convenient, clean, friendly but warm...

Liked: Very clean, well-maintained property, very close to the town centre shops and cafes. Very pleasant decor in room.The central location meant I was able to return to my room a few times every day for water and didn’t have to purchase any bottled water at all over the weekend, which was great.
Disliked: Room was very warm and therefore difficult for sleeping. I tried to offset this by keeping the window open through the night but window and curtain both closed through the day. This probably had limited effect but still very warm.I considered breakfast but avoided it as it had to be pre-booked the previous evening. On my first night there was a continuous beeping sound. I only located it to the phone on the following morning. I could fix it temporarily by straightening the receiver but the beeping returned a few times.
