Liked: Room was spacious and clean, good layout. staff were very friendly and welcoming
Disliked: As a partially disabled person ( I walk with a cane) , here are a few things that I did not like: 1. there was no way to get to Front desk without climbing stairs (4 of them) or going a long way out of the way and taking an elevator to get to lobby and breakfast area2. Disability room was at other end of the corridor, while there was an external door I could have used near my room, there was no parking for a car (fire line access only) which made it extremely difficult to access/transport luggage. Yes, I was alerted about presence of a luggage cart near the parking on the lower level, however on a carpeted surface still a challenge to load/unload3. I alerted front desk at 9PM that water cooler in fitness center had an empty bottle with a light on noting that the unit needed cleaning. When leaving the next day at 9AM, nothing had been addressed. I would have liked to have some water when using the fitness area, I skipped using the area just because the water had not been replaced4. More USB ports should be in room please

Liked: Cleanliness of room… comfortable bed and pillows…. Lovely staff
Disliked: Pool was too dirty to let my grandson swim. Lots of hair floating in water and undescribable particles in bottom of pool
