I would definitely stay at this hotel again, it met all our needs. I really liked the fact I was able to park right outside of my room.

Liked: Very clean; check in was great - the young lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our TV due to the storms - our direct TV was knocked off line and the manager came as soon as we called to get it back on line.
Disliked: The coffee maker in our room didn't work, it leaked all over the tray, but we were able to get fresh coffee in the lobby.

Room was clean.

Liked: Location. Liked that each room had it's own door.
Disliked: There was a smell in the room. Possibly used to be a smoking room.

Enjoyed the stay and very convenient to the Yum Center.

Liked: Rooms were great.
Disliked: Would not check us in at 3. We had to wait until 3:45. Was told earlier check in time was 4.

Disliked: We had to change rooms because the fire alarm kept going off

Liked: Clean cute place to rest your head. Beds were comfy.
Disliked: Breakfast was not great. Coffee was like hot water

Liked: Location great! Easy access into the room since we have a disabled daughter in a wheelchair.
Disliked: We did have a dog and the person that checked us in was having a problem adding the dog fee onto a third-party booking which seem to fluster her as she didn’t know how to do that and we had to stand in the lobby for about 15 minutes and wait and in the end she just ended up leaving a note for the morning person.
