The elevator was broken; the hot tub was out of service; there was a bullet hole in the window in my room (Room 420). The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been - rings in the toilet, etc. The shower head would have been perfect for someone who was about 4 feet tall. It was a joke of a hotel visit - one thing after another.

Liked: Front desk attendant was really nice and welcoming! Quick and easy check in and out.
Disliked: The breakfast attendant was rude. Half the food was empty and took forever to be refilled. He was more concerned about stocking condiments, butters etc when that wasn’t needed. Our room was right next to the highway and it was noisy all night. Should get some type of thicker windows so you can’t hear. The room next to us was up partying til about midnight blasting music. The side doors close early for guest with cards. Should be able to access all night with your room key.

Great stay, will definitely return.
