Nice rooms and great place...

Liked: Hotel and rooms were well kept and clean. Breakfast had several hot selections. It was a quiet location right off the interstate, so easy to get in and out.
Disliked: We had some problems checking in - it was later at night and the night clerk somehow sent through multiple charges for the 2 rooms we had reserved. We didn't end up getting overcharged for the rooms but it was stressful until we found out for sure that the extra charges were not being applied to our credit cards (which took almost a week to clear up).

Liked: The rooms were clean, but unfortunately, I got stuck with a very noisy intoxicated neighbor. That’s just luck I guess.
Disliked: The staff is very unprofessional, they acted as if I was a burden, I have never been treated so poorly by a hotel in my entire life. I paid way over the amount that I should have, I was in an emergency situation because of car trouble, and the receptionist knew this, and still had no compassion whatsoever. I’m not looking for pity but I believe if you’re going to be in the customer service business you should maybe try more?

A super restless night

Liked: The shower was nice
Disliked: We didn't use the bathroom till late that night and it wouldn't flush so every time we did have to, we would have to open the top of the toilet to make it flush which ment sticking our hand in the tank to fix it. The AC hummed all night long so we got hardly any sleep. When we went to check out I thought we were going to get the situation taken care of but they just had a sign that said please call for any help. I called that number before contacting booking.com and the guy was rude told me to call back tomorrow to speak to the manager then the manager was somehow in Hawaii in a meeting and he screamed at me saying I wasn't getting a refund.. I contacted booking.com and I have yet to hear back from them.
