Best Western Downtown Stuart

Great experience, comfy large bed...

Liked: This Best Western in Stuart did a great job. everything was easy, fast and the room was perfect. It was peaceful, quiet, the bed was very comfy, and everything ran as expected including fast wifi. I did a late check out where I even had to go over 30 minutes past the checkout time. They did mention that they charge 15$ for every hour thereafter. Upon checking out at the front desk. I asked if I would be charged the full $15 or if they prorated the minutes. I was ready to pay the charge fee but the nice lady receptionist, said that it was quite alright and did not have to pay the fee. To my surprise, I was relieved! That's great customer service people. pay attention! Thank you. I really thought all best western are low-grade hotels and it was going to be a subpar experience because they usually are, but the one in Stuart exceed my expectations. Nice job guys! I recommend this hotel.

Liked: Really comfortable and clean rooms. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and refreshing. Breakfast was rather limited but ok
Disliked: It was a bit loud because it is right on the highway. The air conditioner was a bit smelly so we didn't use it, luckily it was not a hot night
