It was a very nice...

Liked: breakfast was better than I expected and the location is good because it's right there in down town and everything is close by that we were planning to explore.
Disliked: the parking situation. I wasn't able to get parking in the hotel, but i was lucky to get parking right outside. The parking meters are free after 6p.m. and Sundays are free.

Good location to the zoo...

Liked: Staff are very helpful and friendly. Going out of their way to assist you
Disliked: Location. Although it was a good base for visiting the zoo, its location meant that there was lots of noise throughout the night- cars, sirens, dogs barking etc. We were also put on the ground floor, so when people came back to the hotel in the early hours of the morning, we could everything above us

I felt safe and secure...

Liked: The staff was amazing,very kind and helpful! I have trouble with my previous booking at Motel 6 and frankly I’m glad people I ended up here and they were very helpful with my situation
Disliked: Felt that my vehicle and I were secure and safe

Liked: the property was very clean and cozy! i loved being able to go to the rooftop and the room itself, everything was very neat. the staff were extremely helpful and kind :)

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at this charming and cozy hotel. It’s located right in the center of San Diego, surrounded by tall modern buildings, but has a unique and authentic atmosphere inside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean — we were impressed. Breakfast was tasty and had a nice creative twist. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again!
