We attended a concert at US Airways Center and decided to stay in town that night. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They said it is walking distance to US Airways Center, but when it is 100 plus degrees, the walk can be a little long! We called the front desk and had a van take us to US Airways for only $5!! It worked out perfect.

Liked: Good quality for the price.

This is a great, reasonably priced hotel for a business stay in downtown Phoenix. Close to good restaurants, right at the edge of downtown. I felt safe walking in the area. The staff was very friendly and really went out of its way to help. Quiet and very clean. I will stay here again!

Liked: Quiet, clean and staff was fabulous.
Disliked: Didn't like the door keys - I kept getting locked out.

Don’t forget to ask for...

Liked: I liked the breakfast and that you had to use a key to get in so it was safe.
Disliked: I got there and expressed how was scared about my car and they had me park in front so they had security cameras. I went out in the morning and my car way going to be towed because they didn’t give me a parking pass when we discussed parking I gave them my license plate number and everything, and said nothing about a parking pass. The morning staff gave me one. Thankfully my car was not towed.
