NBA basketball excellent; Best Western motel very close to basketball and their overall service was very good.

We attended a concert at US Airways Center and decided to stay in town that night. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They said it is walking distance to US Airways Center, but when it is 100 plus degrees, the walk can be a little long! We called the front desk and had a van take us to US Airways for only $5!! It worked out perfect.

This is a great, reasonably priced hotel for a business stay in downtown Phoenix. Close to good restaurants, right at the edge of downtown. I felt safe walking in the area. The staff was very friendly and really went out of its way to help. Quiet and very clean. I will stay here again!

Liked: Location was close to downtown, and could walk to most things.
Disliked: Check in was at 3:00, but we had to wait until 5pm to get into our room because it wasn’t cleaned. It was very busy, so I’m sure that was a factor. The rooms are dated, and could use some renovation.

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic. Location is great, walking distance from many locations downtown. $18 parking fee was for our entire stay, not daily as I had read from other reviews.
