Best Western Clifton Hotel

Lovely and have pleasant experience...

Liked: Staff members are super helpful and friendly. And the location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. Well maintained hotel I have ever stayed.
Disliked: 1) Rooms are not sound proof. Constant noise from rooms located on the same floor (TV sound, conversation and door banging noise till 3 am).2) Hairdryer stinks

Most agreeable

Liked: Great place, highly considerate staff and exceptional service. When have you ever received a phone call from reception to check that all is well and to your liking after check in. Thank you Patrick
Disliked: I was very satisfied with it, no negatives from me. So much so that I’m returning in a couple of days

Liked: The breakfast and overall upkeeping is good
Disliked: On the 2nd day, despite the signage being put on the door my room was not cleaned or made up. I a. Yet to still receive a call from Alex the manager. They mentioned the hotel staff had left at 3pm and there was no one to clean the room and the printed information 1 pager was leading about 24h room service.

Wonderful Stay at Voco The...

Liked: Excellent stay at Voco The Clifton during the long holiday weekend.Wonderful hotel in best location close to both beaches and city centre.Modern and spacious rooms with beautiful design and new renovated bathrooms.Great breakfast choices on the buffet including fresh fruits and smoothies.Dinner at the restaurant with excellent menu and special offers.Staff very helpful, polite and always with a smile.Will definitely be back in future.
Disliked: Everything was just great and mostly above expectation

Liked: Lovely room, very comfortable large bed, lovely views, excellent breakfast
Disliked: Some room doors need better closers so they cannot be banged shut, especially late at night!

Perfect little getaway

Liked: This is a really lovely hotel. There's nothing I can fault. Nice rooms, comfortable bed, friendly and welcoming staff and the perfect location for walks on the beach.
