If there hadn't been so...

Liked: It was decent
Disliked: 1. Pool was closed2. Phone didn't work3. Not able to use TV guide4. Only 1 elevator worked5. Large water puddles in floor walkways

Perfect stay for us and...

Liked: Perfect! Is this a 5 star hotel, no…HOWEVER, is it clean, comfortable, affordable, pet friendly, on the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shopping…yes to all of the above! This hotel is under construction but the workers could not have been more kind and respectful of the guests. The staff was impeccable! Patty, Jackie, Chico, we could not have appreciated you more, you were the absolute best! We will definitely be back ♥️
Disliked: I wish the entry doors to the rooms opened inward instead of outward and there needs to be automatic doors that lead to the lobby.

Rooms were very clean and...

Liked: The Location was great, on the beach. The Hotel unfortunately is undergoing much repair which was required from Hurricane damage. Upon completion, I am sure it will be a great Hotel again. Our particular room was hugh and very clean.
Disliked: A hot breakfast of some sort would have been great.

Disliked: The bathtub had a hole in it and it sprayed water out it.

Liked: It was very nice and clean!
Disliked: Could have a used a better breakfast variety and the bathroom was fairly small. But overall we had a wonderful time.

Liked: Good price, good location.
Disliked: Pool was filthy and wasn’t cleaned the whole 8 days we were there. The “BREAKFAST” consisted of yogurt and bagels. Should not been labeled as “Good Breakfast”.

Liked: Beach front was very nice Patty at front desk was very professional and knew what she was doing, Jackie in breakfast room was very helpful and professional. Enjoyed the new lounge chairs much better the the old
Disliked: When we arrived and got our room we had to be moved 3 times because the door locks would not latch. Only had one elevator workin and the last day there we had to take our bags and walk down 8 flights of stairs with with them to the basement parking garage. Got over spray on my Truck from them painting the building and was not told to move it . Hopefully it will be better for people in 2025.
