Liked: It was a very easy check in , the staff were really fast and got us in quick, it was nice and quiet. And the snack bar was very convenient , my family that stayed at silver legacy said they didnt have any snacks close to them

Liked: The location and the quiet. But give those two computer terminals the updates they need. Otherwise, everyone waists at least five minutes on those terminals, can't print, can't use Word or Excel. Please surprise me next time. I'll be back!

Liked: The rooms were well-appointed, comfortable and clean, and the staff people were friendly. The location just across a street from the airport was very convenient for our needs.
Disliked: The roof over the public areas of the building was not maintained. It leaked so badly that there literally were buckets catching drips during a rainstorm. There was a restaurant on premises, but it appeared to rarely be open. When we were at the hotel, the few guests eating there were served in the bar area instead of in the restaurant. The food was just okay.

Liked: While this is an older property that may look dated, the location next to the airport is fantastic (one can actually walk along a sidewalk directly from the terminal, across a crosswalk, into the hotel property - safe and easy to do). The room was comfortable. I noted that the bathroom and shower were updated. My room looked out towards the west side, and was very quiet. When I accidentally left an item behind, the staff, especially Yenmy, was very helpful in locating the item and shipping back to me. That kind of friendly service makes all the difference. I would stay here again.
Disliked: Coffee / tea in the morning in the lobby would have been a nice touch.
