Best Western Airport Inn & Suites

Was decent, nothing exceptional but...

Liked: Easy check-in and out, bed was comfy other than lack of pillows
Disliked: No hot water in shower, only very small pillows for a 2 person king bed, no hand towels, phone didn't work to call front desk

Bad

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: They had no extra sheets or towels, the room was dirty, white was the color of yellow, the bathroom was dirty, had someone else hair all over, stuff on bed, door didn't work. I was extremely upset and had I had any other options I would have paid to stay elsewhere but the entire city was sold out. I expected better from this location.

Disliked: Room was $189 a night paid at property at 12:30 pm at 6:30 pm tgey took an additional $189 off my card the front desk clerk did not advised this because they don't now your financial status when traveling was told my money would be charged back to card in 15 business days

Pay the extra to stay...

Liked: Room was a horrid smell of urine, mold, and marijuana. Pool looked dirty (we decided against swimming there) and all of us woke up super sick (most likely the moldy/mildew). The lampshade was stained and dirty in ways I didn’t think were possible. Also there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. Overall the hotel was not worth paying. BUT the little lady doing breakfast was an absolute delight. We stayed at the Hyatt before (across the street) and it’s worth every penny. Wish we didn’t try to save a few bucks here thinking this place would be fine.
