Boston Marathon stay

Liked: Good size of room
Disliked: Meals were all served on paper plates - plastic cutlery and paper cups .. even in your room it was paper cups !No jug to boil water just a coffee machine that we don’t use Noisy fan in bathroom Shower was crap and bathroom very outdatedTowels were old and need of update The whole building needs a complete overhaul and update I was there for Boston marathon and sure hope this isn’t ’normal’ eating off paper plates and drinking from paper cups every day .. it’s very embarrassing to see this from a property that charges the way they do and taking advantage of runners visiting the city for a big race like Boston Marathon.

Very very disappointed

Disliked: Had to move twice due to room not handicap as reserved. Front desk was rude. Room & hotel halls & lobby dirty. Breakfast was cold (eggs, etc in warming chafers). When asked about breakfast being cold, the staff said “oh well”.
