Dilapated looking fairly decent motel...

Liked: Being able to park in front of my own door to room. Service was good. Rooms old, very uncomfortable chairs. Bed good. Clean for old place.
Disliked: Chairs in room. TV. Air conditioner loud and never stops

Liked: It ‘s ok if you just need an inexpensive place to spend the night. It looked clean.
Disliked: The bathroom was in a terrible condition.

Exceptional

Old, outdated but clean room....

Liked: We got there late at night so it took about 10 or so minutes before anyone showed up. The guy at the desk was nice. It was quiet and nobody bothered us. We only stopped to sleep for a few hours. Sheets were clean. Room was clean . The window unit was not on when we arrived. It was stifling hot. Took an hour or so to cool off.
Disliked: The building is very old but was clean. The tub had been painted. Paint chips stuck to my feet as I showered.

Liked: Polite staff. Clean and comfy room. Just what we needed for one night.

Not a 5-star, but if...

Liked: I liked the price and the fact that it was on the route I was taking. The room was comfortable
Disliked: The property itself is getting rundown, in a dreary part of a small town.
