Liked: Kay and Mark have a lovely guesthouse. Very clean, great value and a lovely welcome. Good breakfast, plenty of it. Great shower and very comfy bed. Thank you.
Disliked: West Ham are going to have to do a lot better than 1-0 against the likes of Lincoln if they're going to go anywhere in the Cup this season. I can't offer any grumbles about Berwyn, though. It was a lovely stay.

Liked: The owners went over the top to make you feel welcomed, calling you by your first names and having a laugh with you; very relaxed, but maintaining a professional work ethic.Also the breakfast was one of the best we've had at guest house.We would recommend this guest house and definitely would stay again.
Disliked: Unfortunately across the road are what seemed to be "benefit housing" and the tenants were a bit loud and could be intimidating when parking up or to the elderly; fortunately our bedroom was at the back of the premises, so the noise was minimal.
