Never ever stay here

Liked: The staff was nice on check in
Disliked: I knew it would not be great due to the price and reviews but needed a place to sleep- honestly the worst night stay of my life. The room was filthy. Red marks on floor could be blood. Pubic hair in the bed. Mould under the shower mat. A lumpy pillow I put a towel over. I could cope with that. The pub over the road was loud until 11pm. Then tourists on rickshaws pumping out music until 3am. At 3am the guests in the room next door came in off their head on drugs. Initially aggressively fighting and hitting each other and then laughing and screaming their heads off until 5.30am which is when the binmen came. The staff must have heard the screaming but were too scared to intervene or call the police. Not a wink of sleep. I stayed in a budget room elsewhere with a shared bathroom and it was SO much better.

Liked: We were moved property due to a technical issue - staff were super friendly about it and accommodating.Beds were comfy and good price
Disliked: There was a skylight in the basement room we were in that let in a lot of light

Liked: The staff was lovely and check in was very quick. The location was great
Disliked: We stayed in one of the family rooms located in the basement. The beds were clean and fairly comfortable but the room could do with a make over as it didnt look too good as if it needed a paint and needed to be fixed up a little. The hotel could do with updating to reflect the price they are charging for the night

Disliked: The room was a decent size the bed linen was clean but the mattress needed throwing away the springs were coming through the flooring was coming away and it had a stale smoke smell through the hotel

Disliked: The owners lack of empathy total disregard towards their guests. Not giving facilities like electric tea in room. No fan in room provided in high heat, sleeping during night was horrible.Staff do their best as much as they can but their hands are tied due to shrewd thinking of this hotel's owner.
