The Spotlight on Berjaya Eden Park London Hotel

Charming Hyde Park Stay with Classic London Vibes

A traditional London hotel with Victorian character, Berjaya Eden Park London Hotel is tucked away in the tree-lined streets near Hyde Park. Just minutes from the Bayswater and Queensway Underground stations, it offers easy access to London’s biggest live music venues. With its elegant façade, cozy interiors, and welcoming service, this hotel is a great home base for concert-goers exploring the city by day and rocking out by night.

Why Concert-goers love it

If you're in town for a show, you'll appreciate the hotel's central location and excellent transport links. It’s a short Tube ride to iconic venues like the O2 Arena, Royal Albert Hall, and Eventim Apollo. The 24-hour front desk is ideal for late-night returns, and the neighborhood stays relatively quiet after hours—perfect for post-show wind-downs. Late 12:00 checkout means you can sleep in after a night of music.

Who this Hotel is great for

  • Groups of friends looking for a central base with easy access to nightlife and venues
  • Solo travelers seeing a must-see gig
  • Couples combining a romantic weekend with live music
  • Fans who prefer a quieter, more traditional hotel vibe post-concert
  • Budget-conscious music lovers who want comfort without overspending

Food and Drink Options

While the hotel doesn’t have a full restaurant, there are plenty of eateries within walking distance, including late-night spots and international cuisine. Start the day with a continental breakfast served at the hotel—ideal after a long night. The area’s dining scene is diverse, with options ranging from quick bites to sit-down meals.

Nightlife Options

You're just minutes from the buzzing bars and pubs of Notting Hill and Soho. While the hotel itself is more laid-back, the nearby area offers everything from live music bars to classic London pubs. Looking for something low-key? The surrounding neighborhood has cozy cafes and wine bars perfect for pre-show drinks.

What People Say

Guests love the location, often mentioning how close it is to the Tube and the ease of getting to major sights and venues. Reviewers also highlight the friendly staff and the classic London feel of the building. Many mention it’s a great value for the area, especially if you’re just looking for a clean, comfortable place to crash.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests note that the rooms can be on the smaller side and the décor a bit dated. It’s an older building, so sound insulation isn’t perfect—though the neighborhood is generally quiet at night. If you're picky about ultra-modern spaces, this hotel leans more heritage than high-tech.

The Bottom Line

With its unbeatable location near Hyde Park and London’s top music venues, Berjaya Eden Park London Hotel offers classic charm and comfort for concert-goers who want to stay connected to the city’s vibrant scene without the late-night chaos.

A decent stay in a...

Liked: The hotel has a charming traditional exterior and is located in a quiet yet central area of London, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the strong Wi-Fi connection.
Disliked: The room was quite small and the furnishings were dated. The mattress was a bit firm and the bathroom could use some maintenance, especially the shower water pressure. Soundproofing was minimal, so noise from the corridor could be heard clearly.

I liked the stay because...

Liked: The location is very near the tube stations, restaurants and grocery stores. And also lots of halal restaurants. The staff is always very helpful regarding our bookings and with our luggage. Kudos to them.
Disliked: Outside the suite that we stayed was a fishy smell. I informed the staff about it and I think they cleaned it. Next day I smelt it again.

Not happy at all with...

Liked: Only location
Disliked: We were given a very very small 'premium' room with no aircon and fan!!! Room was hot and stuffy and worst of all, I WAS TOLD I was allocated wrongly as I BOOKED for a CLASSIC room. I had to pay upfront another 50 Stirling pounds to get an upgrade to 'premium' room which is not much better. I heard few other tourists complaints about paying extra for upgrade upon arrival! Very OLD hotel and with NO ramp but only stairs for heavy luggages and no assistant to help to get to reception desk. This is a very bad experience for my London stay.
