Disliked: The room was tiny and dirty… moldy beds, dusty carpets and the towels were dirty… the bathroom was awful as well.. there are different photos at booking, careful with that!! we spend a lot of money and it’s not worth it… never again..

Disliked: Pictures of bathroom on here are nothing like bathroom we had and we only managed to get 1 hot shower then rest were either cold or just above cold

Exceptional

Liked: Very conveniently located next to Paddington station. National Express bus stop to the airport also nearby. My bed was very comfortable and slept very well every night. Wifi in the 4th floor was strong. Room was cleaned every day.
Disliked: Room was a bit old but I think others were renewed. Reaching the fourth floor can be challenging after a day of walking around London.

Liked: Dirty towels and then a struggle for staff to provide replacement one. Office staff weren’t particularly warm and friendly.

Disliked: Smoke detector flashed every other second all night. Difficult to sleep.
