Liked: Location was great. Liked that there was an area to pull over so that we could unload our luggage and check in. Bath tub was clogged but maintenance came right away to fix the issue. 24hr gym. They opened up the service elevator to alleviate congestion in the lobby for the elevators.
Disliked: No late check out available. Front desk personnel not too inviting.

Good location, friendly and helpful...

Liked: Check in and check out we’re seamless. Door staff were helpful. The room was a good size for the price. Maid service was great.
Disliked: Furniture was definitely dated and scratched. One drawer would not stay shut. We had some difficulty with the air conditioner, but it seemed to right itself.

Disliked: Elevators broke often, ice maker only on first floor

Liked: nothing, they told me i had the wrong i.d. and that i wouldnt be charged 582$ but was lied tio and charged anyway. i never was permitted to stay, si i98 was charged for as stay that was denied to me, i would like to be re imbured or maybe givin another night instead for a future date, i was refered by my uncle he is the former governor of conneticut, and he stays there lot, si i was quite dissappointed at what happened, please call angelina glaser the crdholder my mother, my nasme is robert suzio 985-290-9734. i hope this can be remedied, so i will still consider using your hotel in the future,
