Liked: Close to business routes and Paddington station
Disliked: Room very small, hardly room to move in the bathroom or loo. Windows would not open, staff kindly forced one open and put a box underneath it to remain open. Rubbish outside window. Dirty laundry in hallway.

Liked: Triple room was great but the twin was too small also close to everything we needed
Disliked: Twin bedroom

Liked: Great location for Paddington and Hyde Park.
Disliked: No air conditioning in the rooms making it unbearable to sleep in.

Disliked: In summer, the room is a little bit warm without AC, not so easy to sleep

Disliked: Hot and airless but a fan was provided in the room. TV didn't work well. Only one tea bag.

Liked: Great location, 5 min walk from Edgware Road tube station.
Disliked: We arrived at 2:45pm for a 3pm check in to find the hotel closed & the owner didn’t show up till 3:15pm to finally let us in.
