Liked: Easy Opening windows very important. Friendly staff who left keys out for us to collect as we were late home from a show. Clean comfortable beds. Coffee/bath towels/slippers & shower gels appreciated
Disliked: Narrow winding stairs but that is the design of the building so not a complaint

Liked: Close to business routes and Paddington station
Disliked: Room very small, hardly room to move in the bathroom or loo. Windows would not open, staff kindly forced one open and put a box underneath it to remain open. Rubbish outside window. Dirty laundry in hallway.

Liked: Triple room was great but the twin was too small also close to everything we needed

Disliked: No air conditioning in the rooms making it unbearable to sleep in.

Disliked: Hot and airless but a fan was provided in the room. TV didn't work well. Only one tea bag.
