Very good

Liked: This was a nice place to stay, close to the CBD with good parking. Wasn’t noisey and the bed was comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom door was a slider door and it often didn’t stay shut it would roll open, unless you shut it very slowly and carefully.

Disliked: Only one tv channel, broken shower, unit was not serviced between nights so ran out of milk for tea/coffee, pillows need updated as two were terrible, shower was broken, walls were very thin and could hear ladies through the wall late at night and showering in the morning.

Getaway

Liked: It was practical, close to the lake. Easy walk. Quiet and relaxing.
Disliked: Tv was a little basic.

Liked: Our second experience with the Bella Vista chain and we weren't disappointed. Located within very convenient distance from the main part of town. Comfortable bed, great shower and clean throughout. While we didn't get to meet the owners, the check-in/check-out process was seamless.
Disliked: The very narrow parking spaces and laneway that had to be negotiated.

Superb

Liked: Great location - easy walk in to Queenstown centre and other attractions e.g. Kiwi centre and gondola.Comfortable bed :)Good kitchen area with oven, and a decent fridge. Umbrellas were a godsend on the day we had almost biblical rainfall!!
Disliked: Only half a dozen channels on the TV (thought there would have been more) and two of those had poor quality reception.
