Liked: Location. over all condition.
Disliked: Due to the design of the shower room door, water leaked out during bathing. The actual look of the motel from the front was very different from the photo both on its card and booking.com. The large grass yard in the front actually belongs to another property next door. There was a solid fence about 1 meter high between the yard and the drive way in front of the motel. There was no such fence in their photos. This didn't really affect my stay, but did have an impact on my perception of this motel.

Pleasant enough, but a little...

Liked: Good location, a short walk from the CBD. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The room was quite small and the kitchen facilities were minimal. Had to ask reception for a knife sharp enough to cut vegetables. For the price, we thought it was not as good as we expected compared with other places we stayed in NZ
