Overall - LOVED IT!

Disliked: No extra hooks in the bathroom for towels to hang up after use.

Liked: It was very unique (decor and layout). The atmosphere was nice. Since this survey limits characters, I'm adding a don't like here: The floors are all tile (no carpet) so sound travels. Loud guests in hallway until after 11:30 so we struggled to sleep.
Disliked: Bathroom layout is AWFULno countertop/ place to lay/hang thing in bathroom. Towels/extra TP stored outside bathroom. Shower floor/lip too shallow whole bathroom floor flooded. I make-shifted the ironing board for counter. Tile floorings = loud in room

Liked: The lobby is gorgeous! Our room was simple but functional and pretty. Breakfasts were pretty good (eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits & gravy, waffle maker, pastries, muffins).
Disliked: More staff needed to keep breakfast running smoothly.

Liked: I really liked the appearance and the fact that you can tell the hotel is trying to improve and give it new life. I was pleased with the staff and how polite they were.
Disliked: The hotel was great however I am seeking compensation for the fact that my room key didnt work at all. I had to get the front desk to use the master key. This was a major inconvenience.

Disliked: Spartan room. No pictures, no carpet. Light around entry door to room on three sides. Dated. Uncomfortable pillows and bed. No waffles and rude unprofessional cook sitting on table I dining area.

Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable. Exit door to outside remained unlocked and opened all night with no video surveillance outside..

Liked: All of the staff were kind, helpful and professional. The overalls ambiance was amazing. Beautifully decorated and I thoroughly enjoyed the Jazz tunes playing through the corridors
