Great location with very friendly...

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Great value for money hotel in a great location for exploring London.
Disliked: Rooms were a little basic, but I feel this was reflected in the price and cannot complain at all about this.

VERY GOOD UNTIL THE LAST...

Liked: The room was very comfty, clean and the hotel is very good placed
Disliked: On my check out I forgot my plug adaptator on the wall. I told them 3 hours later when I picked up my suitcase and I realized but the told me "It doesn't appear on the system that you left in on the room" The adaptator wasn't in the room after they cleaned and I they never returned it to me . They said "I'm sorry madam, we cant help you" It was very Unpleasant knowing that I forgot something in the bedroom , and they kept it. Not nice, so after a well being in the hotel all those days, I left angry. I didn't expect that. And Now I have to buy another nwe adaptator as they kept mine for free.

Very nice stay with perfect...

Liked: Very good location, with plenty of good restaurants close by. Very close to British Museum. West End is within walking distance. The ability to refill water bottle in the reception area was a nice bonus. Very friendly staff. English Breakfast buffet was good.
Disliked: The selection of cereal was a bit lacking.

2 Nights - March

Liked: Location is good, breakfast service is also good. There are plenty of shops and restaurants on the street. The hotel is affordable as compared to the others in the area.
Disliked: The rooms are small, and the beds are not very comfortable; the bathrooms are old-style. Sometimes, the room service is late if you have several nights of stay.

Exceptional

Liked: Fabulous hotel. Excellent value for money, friendly staff and great food. We couldn't have asked for more.
