Fantastic location and helpful staff.

Liked: Siobhan was very helpful in providing suggestions in what to see and how to get to places. I can't rave how much of an asset she is to this hotel. Location was great - I took the tube and bus everywhere. It was easy to get to. Facing the garden provided such a nice view and allowed me to keep my window open. I very much appreciated the fan as it was hot during my stay in London. The brita water station was great, as I filled up my water bottle every day before going out. Room may be tiny but it served the function that I needed. The breakfast was fantastic. I very much appreciated the gluten free bread and the staff who assisted me in the mornings. I would definitely come back and stay at this location again.
Disliked: The toilet paper holder needed to be fixed. I would have loved to have a small fridge to keep some snacks and drinks.

Superb

Liked: The reception staff at the Bedford is wonderful-very helpful, and friendly . Siobhan went out of her way to help us. The breakfast buffet is delicious, rich and varied . The decor of the hotel with large tree photos, leaves and rabbits is charming and welcoming. The location is convenient, close to Russel Square station, surrounded by parks and many restaurants.
