All good expect pillows.

Liked: Efficient communication, checking process-they even sent me availability for early check in. Whatsapp bot answering all question, amenities in the room;coffee,tea,fridge. Is it noisy? Not much. In any case they give ear plugs.
Disliked: Pillows were too hard and high, I ended up not sleeping until 3 am and finally replacing pillow with towels to find my comfort. Fridge was making noise. Unplug the fridge if sensitiveNo adapters in the room from EU to UK. I was lucky that the lady in charge found me one and she was very kind but if you arrive out of office hours, this may be an issue.

Liked: Location, everything is through the app
Disliked: The walls are very thin, you can hear everything in the room next to you and in the corridors . Additionally they only clean the room once every 7 days , meaning if you stay for a full week, they will not clean, I understand the concept but this should be at least twice a week. I don't think I will go again

Easy, cozy and location.

Liked: Physically getting in and out was easy. The room was small, duh, but had high ceilings and was easy to navigate. Gails Bakery basically in the lobby and Jack Horners the next door over. Easy to get everywhere. Highly recommended.
