It was nice for a...

Liked: The room was very clean and wonderful for a solo traveller. The nespresso machine was a nice touch. There’s AC and the bed was very comfortable. The washroom was very spacious
Disliked: Although the door locked automatically when closed, there were no other locks from the inside. It was very loud and can wake one up when the doors from the other rooms are shut. The washroom sink was really tiny and not much space for toiletries.

Disliked: It doesn’t provide any toothbrush and slippers, even cannot clean the room per day, but they will put the stuff in the closet. And no real reception, only an office door, you may knock the door to find the stuff for help. Anyway, it absolutely not convenient for old people

Liked: It’s location and practicality in terms of having all essentials easily accessible and being compact. Breakfast was easy with Gail’s being next door and the rooms were comfy too!
Disliked: I should have booked the medium room as the small room didn’t give much walk-around space with 2 of our large suitcases.

Liked: The space was fine and it was clean. The location is wonderful--I used to work in Bedford Square, so I was very satisfied with that. I don't mind the lack of a human being in the hotel, and they are pretty responsive via WhatsApp. The guy I spoke to--I wish I could remember his name--when my TV was apparently being accidentally "hacked" by others in the hotel was appropriately appalled and promised to look into my issue--he needs to be commended.
Disliked: I invite the owners of this hotel to spend a night or two in room 222. The safe was locked and not usable until I asked someone to come in and open it so I could use it. The towel dryer gave me an electric shock when I attempted to use it in the bathroom; the electric shock from the switch outside the bathroom was much worse. Then there's the light beaming out from the TV that shines all night long. The bed was hard as a rock and sloped to the right so much that I had to position myself on the left of the bed to avoid falling onto the floor. The pillows were also like rocks--I cannot imagine where you can even find bed linens of such poor quality? The price is way too high for what you get.

Liked: Amazing location, easy check-in & access, comfy bed
Disliked: Room was extremely dark and the window gave us an odd view of the fire escape and back alley, so that didn’t feel very cozy - but overall that was not a big deal as we were out most of the time anyway
