great location rooms not grat

Liked: the location was greatthe no key entry was great the staff were responsive to issues
Disliked: rooms were far too small

Exceptional

Easy, cozy and location.

Liked: Physically getting in and out was easy. The room was small, duh, but had high ceilings and was easy to navigate. Gails Bakery basically in the lobby and Jack Horners the next door over. Easy to get everywhere. Highly recommended.

Convenient and Clean - Without...

Liked: Convenience and location was perfect.
Disliked: The room itself was VERY small and because of the contactless check in and checkout it meant that while it was convenient, the vibe of the place felt a bit empty or soulless

Well If just for 1...

Liked: Good location, big room.
Disliked: Water in bathroom going down super slow, either sink or bathtub. No staff hotel, is fine in a way but we would love have towels change everyday. It's bit complicated that need to contact someone.No laundry service, and I asked for help maybe can provide some self laundry place. And they give me a link to download app, after sign up blablabla allow turn on Location in the app blablabla, then it says cannot find laundry place nearby... I don't get it... how about just send me couple of places I can go...
