Very good

Superb

Liked: Great Location, easy check in / check out online, extra large studio with terrace was lovely. Great nights sleep, very comfy bed, ensuite bathroom, staff were very helpful, storage lockers in the basement.
Disliked: If you are paying a premium for a extra large studio, you expect a Iron & Ironing board in your room, but there wasn't. They are communal irons stored in the essentials cupboard near the main entrance, so if they are in use, you have no chance. By the time the housekeeper found one we had gone out.Also the digital lighting and some kind of panel was very confusing with no instructions.Otherwise it was excellent.

Nice, good value and convenient.

Liked: Great room, good sized bed and nice pillows; and had all that I needed with hairdryer. Clean bathroom and towels with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Convenient plugs on both sides of the bed.We really liked the digital check in and out and the pin number instead of a card for the room, very convenient.
Disliked: Shower was pretty hot- but couldn't turn down the temperature despite turning dials. Bedding sheet slightly dirty, but could tell it had been laundered- slight marks noted.Would recommend bringing eye mask as room not very dark by the morning

Disliked: You blocked my entry code due to a bill and didn't remedy this immediately. It made my check out harder. There was no accountability from your UK team at the time of the crisis.

Very good

Liked: The design of the the hotel is a lovely mix of heritage and modern. The location is great and despite the hotel being in a busy neighbourhood the rooms are surprisingly quiet. Despite the hotel being 'self service', they do offer locker storage which was super handy.
Disliked: I guess you can't fight the growing trend of 'no staff' hotels. Check in went smoothly. Have stayed at this hotel several times and each time they seem to 'take something away'. Coffee pods in the room were awful (thankfully there is a Gail's just downstairs).
