Very basic 3 star hotel....

Liked: The room we had was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and the bar food were good. Staff were very helpful when we needed a shaver adaptor.
Disliked: Although the room had numerous electric sockets, there did not appear to be a shaver point anywhere, which is why we needed to borrow an adaptor.Our room (213) was at the back of the hotel and unfortunately, on Thursdays, the glass recycling collection lorry comes at 4.45am and it's very loud. Other similarly noisy vehicles came at intervals after that. Obviously this isn't something the hotel has much control over, but if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest you ask not to be put at that end of the hotel.

Disliked: The rooms are shabby and dated . In desperate need of upgrading furniture / decor / bathrooms

Disliked: Very poor parking arrangements, had to leave car in vulnerable location and return later a number of times hoping for a proper space. This happened every day. Ruined my stay.
