Overall Great stay, front desk...

Liked: The property is located a couple of block from the Boardwalk and is within walking distance of the beach. Location is a little complicated to get to, but that is only because the city use of one way streets. not a faults of the property.
Disliked: The Parking was a little sketchy to get into, specifically because it is on a small hill, when you are done parking depending on your spot you could be on an incline or an at odd angle

Liked: Stayed last year close to beach.
Disliked: Someone broke into our room in middle of the night. Window was a fire window we was told after asking of how odd it was and with screen . No other room had a window like this room we was in. And it had a funky lock and screen. Staff and police called with many cameras that captured video and pictures of the break in. Glad for the cameras.The man returned again to be caught and seen coming back to property. But then took off when questioned by staff. Police came also receiving video and I then press charges with the police when asked if I would like to.Be on guard when windows face outside of a hotel or motel entrance unsafe.

Great location and basic clean...

Liked: Great location. It is walkable to the beach and the pier. It is a bit of a walk to the amusement area, but doable.
Disliked: The property is located on a very steep hill so if you are older like we are, it is a bit precarious. But there are stairs with railings to the side of the property. The room itself was comfortable and was clean. However, the bed needed to be anchored to the floor as it did move when you sat on it. That was a bit dangerous. All the other amenities were fine, however. It is not a luxury hotel but the price is right and the location is excellent.
