Liked: Johnny was so pleasant he made our stay very comfortable. He even help me and my daughter getting our luggage out of our car. I feel he went above and beyond to make our stay nice. Don't ever let Johnny go you will lose one valuable employee. It's hard to fine someone like him. Thank you very much.

Liked: Location is perfect: 5 mins walk to beach and pier, restaurants in short walking distance. Free parking - always found a spot, very close ro room.Our oom was cozy and absolutely clean, bathroom as well. It was perfectly prepared, we found anything we needed including tee and coffee. The weather was chilly, good that the room heater worked perfectly. Our host, John, cared for us like a mother. He kept asking if he can do us a favor, he gave good recommendations for breakfast and dinner restaurants, he even knew every golf course in the area.Whenever we'll come back to Pismo Beach we will stay here again - highly recommendable.

Great stay, can’t wait to...

Liked: The room was well appointed with anything you could need for your stay. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. The location was walking distance to most anywhere you would want to go. The Inn Keeper was wonderful and went out of his way to make sure the guests were well taken care of. We will definitely return.
Disliked: The only negative was the parking. It’s a small little boutique hotel with parking slots for each guest however it is a little tight for larger vehicles. This can be overlooked because everything else about the stay was perfect
