Skip this gross place!!!!

Liked: The view and beach were nice.
Disliked: It was filthy. I had to buy disinfectant wipes to feel comfortable in the room. Carpets are gross, pubes in the toilet, scum in the tub. The balcony door was filthy and wouldn't shut. The sheets had rips in them. They provide 1 pan a few plates and cups. No spatula or knives. No dish cloth to wash them. They also charge a bull $30 resort fee upon check in. The young girl at the front desk gave my husband an attitude and informed him she doesn't have a boss. We loved panama city and we'll be back..... But we won't be staying here!

Liked: On the beach, close to everything, it wasn't to bad for the money I paid. Honestly, a lot of the reviews was horrible, but I would stay here again!!
Disliked: Parking lots was small and only one trash can that was located in tbe restroom. Oh and when checking in after 10 I had to walk to the hotel next door and check in.

Liked: Staff was exceptionall!
Disliked: The hotel needs some updating. New carpets , flooring. And bed. Otherwise great hotel. And stated that there was a breakfast which was denied.

They were short staff but...

Liked: The staff was friendly and very helpful
Disliked: My room wasn’t ready by check in came at 4 pm. However it did not take them long to get it prepared and cleaned

Disappointed

Liked: The pool and easy access to beach.
Disliked: Room wasn’t clean, had stains on walls, staff barely helped when asking for things, housekeeping never came by.

Somewhat disappointing, probably will not...

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Needs an update. Bed felt like it sloped from right to left. Questionable black dirt items under sink. Had to get some dish washing liquid from front desk. Balcony below us had smoking patrons and we had to smell cigarette smoke when we sat on our balcony .

Passable

Liked: I liked the location. Walking distance from the beach.
Disliked: I didn't like that we had to wait over an hour before we could check in. We got there at 4pm. The room was not clean and ready for check in. They didn't have enough cleaning staff. The elevator was horrible. It needs cleaning also.
