Liked: It's not as good now since the new owners took over.New name is B & B Hotels. Entrance scruffy.Room too hot. No facilities in room, very basic.Breakfast ok but not as good as before.Reception very helpful, but slow service checking in. Parking was horrendous.Fire. alarm went off twice, no warning. 5th floor, very frightened.Best thing was free coffee machine. No one told us about that either. Won't stay again.

Disliked: We have stayed at this hotel many times. In the past we have been able to reserve parking but this time it was not possible .and we had difficulty finding parking nearby.
