Very good for price

Liked: Hotel is very good and clean, worth the money. It's not centrally located, but well connected by metro. So please consider 30-40 minutes to reach top tourist locations. Staff is also good and friendly. They also have luggage storage facilities for reasonable price.
Disliked: WiFi is not so good, poor signal in room. It is also located near busy train line. So it can get loud if you like to keep windows open. Also, bathroom is a bit small.

Disliked: When I reached the hotel at around 11 pm in night, I had a very bad experience at the reception. I was told that as I have a small kid I will not be allowed to stay in the twin room and have to go to triple room and pay an extra amount of 374 euros for 4 nights which is huge. In there tariff chart the difference between the two rooms are 40 euros per night, so ideally I should had to pay 160 euros extra. I wanted to cancel, they told nothing will be refunded, 530 euros paid earlier. I told I will pay extra for one night and leave, but they told it is not possible either you pay for 4 nights up front or leave at midnight with a kid. It was midnight and my kid was not well so I had no other option but to pay the charge. The total amount that I paid at the property of around 900 euros could have allowed me to book a 3 or 4 star hotel not a B&B. The manager at the reception didn’t seemed to help me. On the next the day the reception people Kevin and another lady were nice and tried to help me to cancel and get refund but I could not get a confirmation from Booking.com. So I had to bear a huge hit to my trip budget. No customer care executive from Booking. Com has reached me yet even after complaint.

Disliked: Too expensive for what they offer. Breakfast was absolutely limited, and there were not many options to choose from, and most of the days, more people and nkt enough on the table...

Liked: The location was near the metro , however it involved a walk through a dark patch
Disliked: The neighbourhood is not having much choices for food etc…it’s on outskirts of Paris
