Superb

Solid hotel and perfect location

Liked: Perfectly placed hotel. Several tram lines very close by. The staff are super friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Bathroom area was so small

Liked: The hotel was OK, the staff was very nice and helpful. They even let me check in early on the afternoon. The rooms are just old and nothing special.
Disliked: There was no fridge in the room and was very noisy at night. You could hear everybody while they have been closing their doors, so I do wake up a couple of times in the night. The location is good, close to the city centre but not very save at night. Lots of homeless people and tents in the street

Very nice stay!

Liked: Clean room, nice shower, good matress, excellent staff at reception, breakfast and helpful housekeeping. Like the code system for entering the rooms.
Disliked: No regular curtains, so it was either block the sunlight or be in view of possible onliokers ;) Also, the bed is positioned next to the window.

Okay, but avoid lower floos...

Liked: Quiet room and there was gel in the shower (compared to my stay on the 5th floor). Staff, as always, exceptional!
Disliked: Dirtier floors, no water pressure in the shower (I tried ALL the settings) - again, compared to my stay in the triple room

Liked: Check in straightforward. Good size room, very comfortable bed and good bathroom. Not a lot of interaction with staff but always friendly and helpful. Room very clean and maintained so during stay, excellent housekeeping.Very convenient location. Hotel very quiet. Location very quiet.
Disliked: The coffee machine and snack dispenser were out of order and not fixed during stay. Not something that we would have used much so not really a problem but I guess it would be useful for them to be working.
