Liked: everything! location is safe, accessible for all types of public transport, rooms are clean, personnel is nice. loved the stay though it was short

A really warm welcome and...

Liked: Staff were friendly, check in was easy. The room was small but comfortable and had everything I needed. It was quiet and warm and I had a good night's sleep. Staff allowed me to store my bag downstairs on my last day and I used the reception to work a little. I would stay here again. The area around the hotel felt safe. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.
Disliked: The location is a bit far out (but it's a really nice walk into central Berlin if you have the time). The room is objectively expensive but then so is every room in Berlin.

Exceptional, combining comfort and great...

Liked: We had a wonderful stay. The staff was warm and welcoming and friendly. we can't wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable gateway.
Disliked: The only suggestion I have is to consider adding a phone in the room, as I found myself going back and forth to the reception to ask a few questions.
