Had an absolute great time....

Liked: Great location and authentic chalet. Beautiful surroundings and a very welcoming host
Disliked: Walls are a bit too thin so don’t expect much privacy

Great place to stay with...

Liked: Amazing breakfast, super friendly owner.
Disliked: The location might not be a suitable choice for someone travelling without a car (restaurants are in a different village, as well as main shops).

Very good

Liked: Very conveniently located for hikers. The facilities are rustic and well maintained, and the lady who helped me with the check-in is lovely. If it wasn’t for the bells and the noise, I would give a 10.
Disliked: The church was right in front of my room, and the bells chime every 15 minutes. I had read about it in the comments before coming, but there are not so many alternatives in such a small village, and I know the property can’t do anything about it.

Liked: Love the location with the great view! Authentic Swiss chalet, good bedding, good breakfast. Ideal value for money. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay

Liked: Super clean and comfy room. Amazing host that provided bowls for hot foot bath after our long, cold, and wet walk from Bern. Since there was no place for dinner in this town, the host brought us bowls of homemade veggie soup for dinner. Great breakfast too with Nespresso in the room.

Exceptional

Wonderful place with its charm.

Liked: Very interesting interior design with specific character. The hotel owner is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great and delicious. There are a lot of board games in the hall, so we could play at the evening. There’s a minibar, ice, coffee and tea, so everything that you can need.
Disliked: The only thing that we didn’t like, that the church bells rang all night. For a short stay ok, but for a long vacation it would be difficult.
