Disliked: The shower was broken only had one door so then flooded the entire bathroom. Air conditioning didn’t won’t so no one had a good night sleep. Check in staff weren’t helpful and the lift was broken.

Exceeded my expectations

Liked: It was extremely hot outside, but the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly and kept the temperature ideal for a great night’s sleep. The hotel is conveniently located a short distance from various transport links, especially the London Underground and Paddington Station.The property is well maintained, with lifts and small but adequate rooms. Although the rooms are on the smaller side, they’re perfect for a London stay, with a powerful showers and tea-making facilities.

Liked: Location was good. The rooms while extremely small are relatively nice.
Disliked: Rooms were extremely small. We didn’t have room to open our suitcases. Eventually we upgraded to rooms that was bigger but at a price. No bar or nice common area that you’d want to hang out in. The balcony didn’t open which would have been nice and the balcony is dirty which tarnished the view.

Liked: Close to tube station, shopping and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Room was comfortable with good space.
