It was good

Liked: Room was nice and spacious had a smart tv, had water bottles, tea and coffee facilities was perfect.
Disliked: The breakfast was not the best. Limited options and not very halal friendly despite so many people staying were Muslim.

Liked: What I did like was the staff were helpful and polite
Disliked: There are many things I didn’t like. I paid extra for breakfast and the food did not taste good hash brown overfriend eggs too runny and there was no milk I had to wait 30 minutes until I received some milk

Liked: Location was good. Staff were accommodating
Disliked: There were 3 other people complaining about the same thing when we went down to notify them we had booked a room for 4 but only had 3 beds. The gave us a double room for free but it meant as a family we were split up on different floors.

Not recommended for staycation

Liked: Not much variety of breakfast maintenance is poor
Disliked: Maintenance is poor and room size and comfort is not enough at all waste of money

Liked: The area was lovely and easy to get to
Disliked: The layout of the toilet was very poor, water leaking onto the floor when you take a shower, cannot sit on the toilet properly as the sink was in the way and the lower ground room we stayed at had a lot of people walking outside the window in the morning so it was very noisy
