I paid 167 pounds per...

Liked: Location only
Disliked: Bad smell. I chose Deluxe room, but it was toooo small. Really uncomfortable. Can’t imagine how small standard room is. There was no hair conditioner. Bad quality body wash/shampoo. Linen’s color and quality was bad.

Liked: Really great location and friendly staff.
Disliked: On basement floor which was very busy with staff. Lots of noise outside the room from before 7am.

Liked: Great location. Lovely staff. Comfortable beds. Decent shower
Disliked: No complaints..well maybe a few extra teabags would have been nice, but we weren't put out so much that we asked for extra!
