Disliked: Never got no maid service the room was very uncomfortable with the hallways smelling like Marijuana

Disliked: I am an elderly women, my husband is in his 80's as well. When we checked in they charged us a deposit even though we have stayed there numerous times before and the last time we stayed no deposit was charged. Then they put us in a room that was the farthest from the elevator that you can get. When I asked them why they would put an elderly couple that far from the elevator, they said they put us close to the stair in case of an emergency. There are stairs by the elevator.

Disliked: Front desk was rude, there is no swimming pool or spa, functioning at least, and the floors are laminate and poorly installed. Also, none of the side exit doors function for key entry.
