Liked: I had a medical emergency and was unable to return for 2 days. They were very understanding and extremely accommodating.
Disliked: Dirty rooms, Roaches, guest laundry was broken very expensive for condition of the facility

Liked: Location is great and it's very quiet at night
Disliked: Roaches everywhere dirty everything no towels microwave was missing pieces some of the wall sockets didn't work internet was terrible which makes the TV cut in and out

Dirty, horrible, rude.

Disliked: Dirty. Burns on blankets, stained sheets, broken headboard, cuts on bathroom sink, dirty shower, blood colored stains on the bathroom door. Rude front desk attendants. Someone passed out in their car in parking lot.

Would stay else where next...

Disliked: Rooms weren’t ready for the check in time. Cleaning staff was nice but we had to help clean the room. They left dirty towels in the room. Days breakfast is included it’s not.

Liked: It was convenient
Disliked: The room I requested was not what I received. The room I reserved was two beds and there was only one. When I question the front desk they say that they didn't have any rooms that were non-smoking with two beds however if I wanted to smoking room with two beds they could accommodate. I cannot sleep in a room with smoking. I was advise that they would give me a credit and I'm not quite confident I got one. Plus they advertise the pool and that was nowhere near being opened. The garbage cans were overflowing with garbage outside of the rooms.
