Time consuming

Disliked: The front desk registered me to the wrong room and another guest was constantly trying to unlock my room door. Staff continuously telling me they can’t find my reservation after I’ve already been in room after a couple hours. Constantly going back and forth. More trouble than it’s worth. My accommodation wasn’t met after they confirmed a week prior that it was already set.
